The owners wanted an elegant Guest House to accompany their magnificent home on a peninsula. So they purchased the property next to theirs and began the project. They quickly decided to upgrade their slightly dated Main House and grounds into a transitional style beach destination for extended family and guests. The compound, wholly overhauled, became a multi-year project of magnitude and beauty, including a brand new Main House Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, four bathrooms, and a stunningly intelligent hardscape & landscape design. NuCedar siding on all buildings within the compound pulled the visual elements together. Credits: Jay Madden Architect, Living Landscapes, LLC., Handmade Furniture Co.
